Abstract Guidelines

The Organizing Committee of the Abstract submissions for ISSY 2026 Congress cordially invites abstract submissions are now being accepted until May 7, 2026.
Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for either as oral or poster presentation.
The Scientific Committee will determine the type final format of each presentation, considering with consideration of the author’s preference.

Step 1 Sign up and Log-in
Sign up and log in to use your account to submit your abstract
Step 2 Submission & Confirmation
After successfully submitting your abstract,
a confirmation email will be sent to the presenting and corresponding authors
Step 3 Review & Modification
To review or edit your submitted abstract(s),
log in to your account and navigate to ‘My Page’

Abstracts must be submitted online via this website only by May 7 , 2026. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.
Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only abstracts of authors who have completed registration will be scheduled for presentation.
Abstracts must be written in English and not exceed 400 words.
Each abstract should indicate the title of the paper, full name(s) of the author(s), affiliated institution(s), and up to five keywords.

If you wish to withdraw your abstract, please contact the Secretariat with your abstract submission number and full name.
Abstract submissions that have not been successfully completed will be automatically withdrawn, so please ensure that your submissions is are fully completed before prior to the deadline.
